Refund and Return Policy

  1. Refunds and Returns
    We accept refund or return requests under the following conditions:

    • The item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description.
    • Proof of the issue is provided, such as photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label. (Can be provided here: support@showcashprops.com)
  2. Discolored Cash Notice
    Please note that some cash items may appear lighter in color (e.g., a lighter green tone) compared to the realistic appearance shown in our videos. This is due to the production process and is not a defect.

    • To achieve the authentic, aged look seen in our videos, you will need to purchase the Age List add-on, which provides step-by-step instructions to make your cash look real.
    • Cash that appears lighter or discolored will not qualify for a refund or return, as this is how the items are produced.
  3. Insured Shipping
    We offer insured shipping as an additional service during checkout. If you purchase insured shipping, the following benefits apply:

    • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
    • Damaged Items: Items damaged during transit are eligible for replacement or a refund upon providing photo evidence.

    Please Note: Claims for insured shipping must be filed within 10 days of delivery (or the estimated delivery date for lost packages).

  4. Return Process

    • Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@showcashprops.com with your order number and evidence of the issue.
    • Step 2: Our team will review your claim and respond within 48 hours.
    • Step 3: If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item or processing a refund.

    Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless they purchase the Free Returns & Shipping Protection during checkout.

  5. Refund Methods
    Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  6. Non-Returnable Items
    Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

    • Perishable goods
    • Customized or personalized products
    • Discolored cash without defects
    • Items returned without prior approval
  7. Important Notes

    • Refunds or returns cannot be processed for items with minor cosmetic defects or issues caused by misuse or wear and tear.
    • Insured shipping claims may require additional documentation, such as tracking details or proof of non-delivery.
